	<description><![CDATA[Most Alaska Flight Checker services allow you to sign into your account with an email address and password. (There are some services, however, that don't require a login.) You can then track your existing flights or flights that you or someone else is tracking. To start tracking your flight, sign in to your account and click "My Flights." This will give you a list of all your flights, with information like the flight number, flight time, departure airport, and arrival airport. You can also click "View All Flights" to get a list of all of your flights. If you know the flight number (it usually shows up on your booking confirmation) or the name of the person you're tracking, you can also track their flight. ]]></description>
